Great Neapolitan style pizza. My go to is always the Sonny Boy. Rendered fat from the Sopressata and acid from the olives makes a great combo. Crust is good, it has been inconsistent in the past depending on the day. This time was good however, and I thoroughly enjoyed both pizzas ordered.

Great pizza crust. Unique toppings. Good wine. Tasty pasta. I can't say my hair was blown back but I'd eat here again. Our server was good. Ambiance...eh. Rustic for sure. If you want drippy candles this is your place!

Our server was very friendly and welcoming for our first time here! He explained the menu and was very patient. The pizza tasted very fresh and homemade! It was delicious. The atmosphere seemed empty like it was missing something. We had reservations and were sat immediately! They offer very limited reservations at only specific locations. They offer bread service when you first sit which is nice. Perfect speed between appetizer and when the pizza arrived.

Do we have locations in LA? Sure... but when in the birth state of Pizzeria Bianca, it feels necessary. My favorite part of the visit was that if you have to wait for a table (and you absolutely will) you can pop over next door and have a cocktail or three.... I have plenty of pictures from the visit. Oddly enough, we had ever more than added. I'm telling you, we went all out, appetizers, sides, pizzas, pastas and obviously dessert. We even decided to order the chicken cacciatore after dessert. It's was brought to an adjacent table, we couldn't help it. It was literally one of the best dishes I've had in my life. I could go on and on about the food. It's self explanatory. It's great. Simple yet elegant. Order anything; it's good I promise. Our server was great, and partly concerned due to our excessive ordering. They have both indoor (cozy like grandmas house) and outdoor (classic Arizona) seating. Take what you can get, the food tastes the same either way.

Very quant place with great food. Expect a wait because it's not a super big place. We were seated fast and service was top notch. The food is amazing but super limited menu. I know it's a pizza place, little surprised no salads on the menu and only 6 or so pizza options, all pretty basic. If you can appreciate good quality ingredients that are cooked well then you can over look menu size. Accommodating for families with a clean high chair and good table space for it.

First time visiting, and the pizza absolutely lives up to the hype! We started with the fresh mozzarella appetizer. It was delicious and very fresh. The mozzarella is made in-house! They give you bread for the table, and it paired great with it, too. Next, we ordered the Margherita pizza and the Biancoverde pizza. Both stole the show! Our favorite was the Margherita. So fresh and delicious! Absolutely worth the drive alone. Their Aperol Spritz was also very good! Not a large bar menu, but the drinks are well made. Overall, an excellent pizza spot. The location is smaller but a fun vibe inside. Nice size patio too! Definitely recommend making a reservation. If you can, request sitting in Selena's section - she was fantastic and so helpful!

Nothing bad to say at all. Pizzeria Bianco was everything I hoped for and more! It's been on my list to try for some time. The food was delicious, cocktails were cold and spirit forward (stiff), and our server was wonderful. We tried the recommended pizza- the Rosa. Although it sounds like a strange combination of toppings, it really does work. It's the one with red onion, pistachios, and rosemary. It's supposed to be a white pie, but the sauce was pretty light so I didn't notice too much of that flavor. The pistachio really shines on this pie. To balance that we tried the Sonny Boy with fennel sausage added, but I think most of us liked the Rosa better. It has great texture and flavor. We also shared the Pappardelle pasta dish. That too was very good with a rich meat sauce and perfect pasta. Topped with a good dose of shaved Parmesan, it was lovely. The Aperol Spritz is one of the best I've had since my first time drinking them in Italy. Their cocktail recipe here is better than most. It has the Aperol and Prosecco which is a must but they also use sparkling water and orange blossom, which really balances out the other flavors. On hot days during the summer, a perfectly cold and perfectly made spritz is heaven.

Pizzeria Bianco has the perfect downtown location and is a beautiful and cozy space. With the wood fired oven, wood covered bar and limited seating in a historic building it's a nice place to have dinner. If you're looking for artisanal pizza from a locally owned spot it's worth stopping by. I appreciate their commitment to working with local farmers and producers. It's nice they have bar seating for quick service as well as sit down. It's really busy if you're dining with a group and you'll wait for a while, between the Netflix show and James Beard Award dining here is sought after. Overall, it's one of the best pizzas I've had but there are still lots of other great options in Arizona that are just as good or better.

I was watching Netflix and I saw this featured when Chrissy Teigen and Jimmy Kimmel ate at this place in Downtown LA. I saw they have locations in Phoenix so I made it a point to come here. We had the: Chicken salad 3/5 - lots of food, like 3 dishes in one but the potatoes were so oily. Rosa - 5/5 - I love pistachios. Punchy flavors! Wiseguy - 4/5 - my companion's favorite. The onions make the pizza. Food was quality great. As the waitress said, "All fresh and organic ingredients." You could sit indoors or outdoors on their patio. Service was excellent and our waitress was very patient as my companion and I argued over how many pizzas to order. The biggest issues is I was comparing it to my favorite pizza place, Pizzeria Mozza. It was good, but won't beat mozza.
